Kiyak, Kiyak Building Company LLC offers customers the
convenience of one-stop shopping for all of their building and
remodeling needs. With nearly twenty years of experience
in the building, remodeling and construction fields, we can
provide you with the “Peace of Mind” that should accompany all
building projects. Our growing list of satisfied customers can
attest to the fact that Quality, Attention to Detail and
Exceptional Customer Service form the foundation for our
business. Centrally located
in Southington, we are able to service all of Central
Connecticut.
We are licensed in the State of Connecticut as
both a home improvement contractor and a new home construction
contractor. Our membership in the CT Better Business Bureau
emphasizes our commitment to provide professionalism
in all phases of a construction project; from contract to
completion. Additionally, we are insured to protect the
customer’s interests.

- About the Owner
David Kiyak is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior
to starting Kiyak Building Company in 2005, he worked for nearly
twenty years in residential, commercial and heavy construction.
